EFFECT OF PEELING

I PHASE
EXFOLIATION
Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) stabilizes and interacts with proteins, DNA, and RNA, leading to their denaturation. This process promotes rapid and uniform exfoliation of the stratum corneum. Simultaneously, it triggers the release of numerous signaling molecules and cytokines (such as IL-12, IL-6, NO, and TNF-α), which induce changes in the activity and functionality of the entire cellular network.

II PHASE
INACTIVATION
B12 (cyanocabalamin) inhibits the production of cytokines by T-lymphocytes, inactivates NO (nitric oxide) and reduces vasodilation (increasing the diameter of blood vessels), thus helping to avoid bright redness, itching and swelling of the skin after the procedure
APPeex is an advanced three-phase peeling system formulated with three active ingredients: 20% TCA, 5% PDRN, and cyanocobalamin. Its innovative composition ensures a controlled and precise action of trichloroacetic acid. When combined with polynucleotides and vitamin B12, it delivers a potent regenerative effect, promoting dermal restoration without the need for downtime or recovery.

III PHASE
REGENERATION
PDRN (polynucleotides) interact with A2-adenosine receptors, which play a key role in processes such as inflammation, oxygenation, ischemia, cell growth, and angiogenesis. PDRN stimulates fibroblasts, neutralizes free radicals, protects against UV damage, modulates gene expression, and demonstrates strong regenerative potential by promoting vascularization through the production of VEGF-A and VEGF-C. Additionally, it possesses significant anti-inflammatory properties, reducing levels of IL-12, IL-6, and TNF-α.

DELICATE
Preparation for the procedure
Cleanse the skin using a gentle product. Work on the patient's skin for 1–2 minutes, focusing particularly on the T-zone. Rinse thoroughly and ensure the skin is completely dry.
Applying the medication
Apply 1 ml of APPeex peeling to the facial skin, distributing it evenly across specific zones: forehead, cheeks, chin, and nose. Avoid rubbing the product; ensure uniform application over the entire face. After 2 minutes, apply an additional 1 ml of the peeling and leave it on for 5 minutes.
Completion of the procedure
Rinse off the peeling using woven cloths soaked in water. Then, apply a thin layer of APPeex cream.
INTENSIVE
Preparation for the procedure
Apply 1 ml of APPeex peeling to the facial skin, distributing it evenly across specific zones: forehead, cheeks, chin, and nose. Avoid rubbing the product; ensure it is spread uniformly over the entire face. After 2 minutes, apply an additional 1 ml of the peeling and leave it on for 5 minutes.
Applying the medication
